We take great pride in the quality of our jewellery, which is why we offer a 180-day guarantee from the day of purchase across all types of jewellery, including rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and more. We believe every customer should feel secure and confident when purchasing our jewellery. So, on the rare occasion that you encounter an issue with your jewellery tarnishing, we will replace your item at no cost.

What is Tarnishing?

Tarnishing can happen when the metal beneath the gold plating reacts to air, moisture, or everyday wear. The underlying metal may become visible, leading to dullness, discolouration, or dark spots. The rate of wear depends on factors like how often the item is worn, skin type (certain metals can react to pH, natural oils and sweat), and exposure to chemicals or water.

How Does Our Guarantee Work?

If you ever have an issue with jewellery tarnishing within 180 days of your purchase, simply contact our customer service team via haus.angeline@gmail.com. Our team will guide you through the replacement process to make it as easy as possible.

The Replacement Process

  1. Report the Issue: Email our customer service team with your order number, proof of purchase, and a photo of the tarnished item.
  2. Leave it to us: Our team will assess your issue and check whether it falls within the guarantee period.
  3. Receive Your Replacement: As long as the item is within the 180-day period and hasn’t been purposely damaged or misused, we will replace it free of charge. However, if we find evidence of intentional damage or improper care, we reserve the right to decline the replacement.

DISCLAIMER: As we are a small business, we cannot cover shipping fees for orders outside the UK for replacements. Customers outside the UK requesting a replacement will be responsible for paying shipping. We apologise for any inconveniences this may cause.
