Processing time

  • Orders placed on a weekends may require additional processing time, however, our small team works diligently to process orders as fast and efficiently as possible.
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer due to higher volume of orders.

Shipping charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the selected shipping method and destination country.

Customs and Duties

  • For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, and other fees may apply.
  • Customers are solely responsible for any additional charges levied by their country’s customs authorities/ local authorities.
  • Due to the UK’s departure from the EU, all orders shipped to EU countries are now subject to VAT. This VAT is not collected at the time of purchase but may be required upon delivery. The courier will reach out to you for payment of any applicable VAT or customs duties once your package has entered your country.
  • By agreeing to make a purchase, customers acknowledge that they are responsible for paying any additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees, and surcharges levied by their destination country.
  • Angeline. LTD is not responsible for covering any of these additional costs.

Tracking your order

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
  • Use the provided tracking number to monitor the status and delivery progress of your package.

Important Information About Untracked Delivery Services

  •  Customers who choose Royal Mail 2nd Class or Royal Mail International Standard delivery should know that these services are untracked and do not provide a tracking number to monitor your parcel's progress. Unlike our tracked services, these options carry the risk of parcels being lost or undelivered. Angeline. LTD is not responsible for any parcels that are lost or undelivered.

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Undelivered Packages

  • In the event that an order is returned to us due to an invalid or insufficient address, or if the package remains unclaimed, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
