Shipping Information
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding orders placed on a weekend.
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
- Customers who choose tracked delivery are dispatched using the Royal Mail Tracked service. This service provides end-to-end tracking, ensuring that our customers can monitor the progress of their packages at every stage of the journey.
- Customers who choose untracked delivery are opting for an untracked Royal Mail service. You will not receive end-to-end tracking. As such, we cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft that may occur during transit.
- In the event that an order is returned to us due to an invalid or insufficient address, or if the package remains unclaimed, a
reshipping fee will apply as follows. The reshipping fee will be the same as the shipping fee indicated in the section above.
Tracking your order
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
- Use the provided tracking number to monitor the status and delivery progress of your package.
